My New Roomie!

I am a big brother now! Meet my new best friend, Jude Kolbe.
Here we are with Mom.

Here he is. He is pretty cute, but I don't know if he is quite as cute as I was at that age!
Here's Jude and Grandma C.
I got to go visit him in the hospital. Boy, were there some neat toys to play with.
But now I have to share my Grandpa.
and Aunt Tracy.
Here is my cousin Kirsten with Jude. She is a PSU Gorilla, just like my Dad.
Here I am with Mom in the hospital.
I waited and waited and they finally came home.Welcome home brother!

Summer Days, Drifting Away...

Well, summer is coming to an end and the pool is closing. That means a luau, complete with goldfish catch. Yep, they throw a whole bunch of fish in the pool and let the kids catch them!
Since my hand-eye coordination isn't quite up to par, Dad helped me.
Here's our catch!
I am really going to miss hanging out at the pool.
But at least I still have my music table. Let's Dance!
So I am presenting this picture to the production manager at Westhoff Interiors in hopes that I can be their mascot. What billionaire wouldn't want to buy a yacht from this face?

Birthday Fun!

We had a jam-packed weekend of birthday fun! Grandma Crockett turned 50 so we had a luau.
Complete with pool party.
Here is the whole Rinke clan! All of my great aunts and uncles and second cousins were there.
Grandma even got a cake.
Then Sunday came and it was time to switch gears to a wild west theme.
All the cowboys came out for a shindig at high noon.
Joachim and Benedict were there.
And cousins Erica and Valerie.
I think they had a great time playing.
I got my very own boot cake...

...but everyone was singing and clapping and staring at me.
They all wanted me to eat it, but I didn't want to be gluttonous.
They all said I had too much birthday!
I went inside where it was cool and all of my guests chowed down on these yummy horsie cakes.
Mom and Dad said that I could try to eat my boot cake again if I want. So you will have to stay tuned to see if I ever do!

Home Alone (almost)

No, I am not a big brother yet, but Mom and Dad worked a retreat and left me home with Grandma and Aunt Tracy.
See what happens when I'm left alone with Aunt Tracy. She makes me wear a skirt,
and makes me look like a troll!
But really, we had lots of fun!
They kept me fed,
and clean! What a great weekend. I can't wait until they get to watch me again!

Cows, Cars and 'Taters

So this is what I have been up to lately...
...we saw the animals at the Neosho County Fair.
...and my Grandpa got this '55 Chevy that is just my size!
...hot potato, hot potato.
...vroom, vroom. I like to play with my cars in the window.

Mama's Little Helper

I love my Mom...

but she has been pretty busy carrying around my little brother or sister.
So I have stepped up and decided to help Mom around the house.
I help her fold clothes...
(is this how you do it?)
and I help out in the kitchen... but at the end of the day there is always time to play!
Mr. Bill had us over to swim in their pool. He even pushed me around in that boat!
Safety first, my Dad always says.

4th of July

I know some of you are disappointed that I didn't have any July 4th pictures up(Aunt Tracy and Kelly). We met Grandma and Grandpa in Fredonia to give them one of our cars to sell and when we got back we went to the pool. I was in bed by 7 pm so I didn't even get to see any fireworks. So mom and dad took NO pictures of me!
